If the payment was made by Visa card or Mastercard, then the banks refund policy will be applied for the customer to receive the refund. All refunds will be made. within 48 working hours from the time applied for the refund.
Company refund policy:
• In case of failed booking or auto cancel by the airlines and if the ticket was not delivered to the customer, then 100% refund will be issued by the company.
• In case of an issued ticket the company will strictly follow the refund policy provided by the specific airlines.
