How does homestay work?
We are the agency that will help you make money from your home. All you need to do is allow us to conduct business through online booking platforms as advertising management partners. Once you permit us, we’ll proceed with the business as per the agreement we signed. Here’s the information we need from the homeowner for the business sign-up:
- Home Name:
- Home Address:
- Provide at least 10 images or max of your home, including the bedroom, bathroom, and common areas.
- Contact Number & Email.
- Bank details for payout your money.
Upon signing up, we will review your information and then send you a confirmation agreement letter. Our all T&C automatically updates through the website and 3rd parties.
The opportunity of work:
Upon completing the sign-up process, we will work together on the homestay project. In this project, travelers will come to stay at your home, and you will receive the payment. We will put in our best efforts to advertise and make money together. This is how we operate with homestay projects. All advertising will be conducted through online booking platforms, and we will handle that aspect for optimal results. For this collaboration, we will deduct a 20% commission from the total amount you receive. We believe that when we work as your partner, you should honor the commitment. In this partnership, we will handle property advertisements and provide you with booking platform credentials.
Remember, your guests are your assets, so always strive to collect better reviews from online booking platforms. Both parties are involved in the business to achieve the best outcomes. This is an opportunity to grow your business with your home. Sometimes, certain countries may require tax and business documents for this type of business. But don’t worry, we will handle all the documentation under our trademark, which means you will receive your money from our company. All payouts are subject to the terms and conditions of the zooFamily.
Partnership payments:
payout terms will be adjusted to a 20% commission of the total cash payment. If bank payment, then it will be charged 15% extra as gov tax. This agreement gives us permission to act as a third party for your home and advertise it on online booking platforms. After signing up, we will handle the advertising process for you. You will receive a confirmation email once we have reviewed your home. This agreement is valid without signatures and is initiated through the signup process. By signing up, you permit us to advertise your home. We will inform you of our decision after the review.
Terms & Conditions:
- Under the terms of this “Advertising Agreement,” the advertiser will promote Home on the Internet to allow Internet users to book hotel rooms through booking platforms.
- Advertising dashboards can be utilized by homeowners and zooFamily, and both parties will be operating the business as per the agreement. If the homeowner does not meet the quality standards, zooFamily has the right to terminate the agreement. Quality standards are judged based on platform reviews.
- Both parties will conduct their business according to their respective policies and terms & conditions. All home issues are solved by the homeowner, and all advertising platform issues are solved by zooFamily.
- All prices are exclusive of VAT, tax, service charge, and booking platform’s commission. This cost will be automatically included by the booking platform. This means the booking platform users will pay those amounts to Homeowners, and homeowners will pay that amount to booking platforms.
- To ensure safety, homeowners should always keep a copy of the documents when someone checks in. The homeowner is supposed to maintain home security without concern from zooFamily or the booking platform.
