Room rent in NYC varies significantly by places. Usually the room rent price range from $1,200 to $1,800/month. We offer room and bed in our home, which called NYC Retreat by zooFamily. NYC Retreat is a spiritual home located in “New York”, area the Bronx. With my minds cape I have created a cosy home at 2238 Haviland Avenue, Bronx, NY 10462.
NYC is a global centre for finance, culture, and entertainment, renowned for iconic landmarks like the Statue of Liberty and Central Park. New York State, affectionately known as “The Empire State”, is situated in Manhattan, the most densely populated borough of NYC. Manhattan Island is mostly bounded by the Hudson, East, and Harlem rivers. Among the world’s major commercial, financial, and cultural centres, Manhattan is expensive due to high demand and limited space, creating a competitive market for housing and commercial property. This is further driven by its role as a global financial capital, offering high-paying jobs, significant international investment, high taxes, and strict regulations that limit housing supply. Finding a room near Manhattan is challenging, so I found Bronx to be the best option. As a big believer in positive thinking, I make sure to create a cosy little space where I can hang out with positive people.

Residents can also enjoy e-bikes, cycles, and tours from this NYC home retreat. Located in the Haviland Avenue area of the Bronx, NY 10462, the home is near the Unionport neighbourhood. Residents have easy access to major roadways and public transit, including the Number 6 subway line, and there’s even a Haviland Playground nearby. For public transportation in the Haviland Avenue area of the Bronx, you can access the Q44-SBS bus and Number 6 subway line.
