You going to live in my Homestay ; where I’m giving you a room in the perfect location, almost right on top of New York City.  The Haviland Avenue area, located in the Bronx, NY 10462, is near the Unionport neighbourhood. Residents enjoy easy access to major roadways and public transit, including the Number 6 subway line, and there’s even a Haviland Playground nearby.For public transportation in the Haviland Avenue area of the Bronx, you can access the Q44-SBS bus, which has stops near Cross Bronx Expressway Service Rd/Haviland Av and Castle Hill Av/Cross Bronx. The nearest subway station is West-Chester Sq- E Tremont Av, a 5-minute walk away. I believe you also like me as a positive energy and my hosting hospitality.

From my home to Manhattan, it’s a 40-minute drive, a 60-minute bus, or a train. Manhattan, the most densely populated city in New York, is mostly made up of Manhattan Island, bounded by the Hudson, East, and Harlem rivers. It’s a global commercial, financial, and cultural centre. Iconic sites include skyscrapers like the Empire State Building, neon-lit Times Square, and Broadway theatres.
